Claudia Mancusi specialises in analytical methodologies for studying contaminants in air, water, soil, and waste. She had developed and validated a number of analytical methods for environmental monitoring. From 2012-2015, she he was the lead analyst on the Regional Environmental Monitoring Project for monitoring air and water quality in Basilicata. From 2010-2012, she was involved in the European Union LIFE+ Project.
