Julian Campo is a researcher at the Desertification Research Centre (CIDE) at the University of Valencia. His research involves the study of the conservation and degradation of the ecosystem, with a particular focus on soil and water, and their relationships. He formerly worked on research involving forest fires and their effects on soil characteristics. His current projects concern environmental contamination from emerging pollutants in different matrices and the risk they can pose to human beings and wildlife.
