Othman Al-Mashaqbeh holds a PhD in Water Engineering from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia. He has worked as an Environmental Engineer at Jordan’s Ministry of Water & Irrigation/Water Authority. Since 1988, he has worked as an Assistant Researcher for Research and Development at the Royal Scientific Society in Jordan. He is a member of the Higher Committee for Water Quality which was formed by the Jordanian Water & Irrigation Ministry and the Prime Ministry to revise and update Jordanian water standards and legislation.
